Directions for Playing MIST/C Recordings

For Mac and Windows:

To play a MIST/C recording file, simply double-click on the file. The MIST/C client will launch with a Play Control panel. If the file is delivered through a webpage, be sure to choose "download" and then double-click on the file locally.

For Linux:

To play a MIST/C recording file, save the recording file in the Documents/MISTCDATA/RECORDINGS/OFFLINE directory. Then run /usr/local/MISTC/MISTC, which will bring up the MISTC client. Click on PLAY and use the Play Control to select and play the file.

The Slider:

The slider lets you move to a particular time in the recording. You pause the playback, then drag the slider over to the time you want, and then start playback again. If you want the next slide after that (or the next one before that) you can use the double-arrows.
