Pf30 = 1 - ([1-Pl][1-Pr])30 There are 2 chances out of three that any two that fail are on different rings so the probability that any two stations will not be able to communicate with each other is: Pfb30 = 1 - (1/3) * (1 - Pf30) - (2/3) * ( 1 - Pf30)2(1 - Pb)
